DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE TO BE GROOMED! I took my 6 month old shihtzu puppy here and it was a HORRIBLE experience. Not only was I treated incredibly rudely but I asked that they trim his hair and leave his head alone. I said specifically do not shave him. They told me they would call me when he was finished. 4 hours later I called them and they rudely said yes he was finished. I went to pick him up and my dog was shaved from head to toe and was bleeding. They cut his private parts and he has pooping blood for 2 days. I took him to my vet and he said they SEVERLY traumatized him. I will NEVER take my dog here again.

snuff out the real pet stores. I've been to this location dozens of times, only because it's closest to my home. I think it sets a record on slowest check-out lanes in the free world.
