They don't get the order right when you get delivery, dine in or get it to go. It is seriously frustrating because I like the pizza and the are closest to me. They have not once gotten my order right when they delivered. Not once!! And when you dine in, the waitress does not write your order down and always messes it up. It is nice to have your food for free or discounted, but sometimes you just want what you ordered. My husband teases me for even trying.

My husband and I took the kids to dine in last fall. Their waitress was very forgetful. We waited a long time and ended up not getting exactly what we ordered. The pizza was fine.

Last week I called ahead to pick up after work. They failed to get my name and number, I was to tired to realize they had not asked. When I got there, the same waitress was dumbfounded about how to find my order without my name and number being taken. She thought I had already paid for it over the phone also and tried to give us the meal free.

So-the pizza tastes fine. The service is lacking.

The waitstaff at this location is friendly but needed more training. Man of the servers were confused, mixing up orders or standing around. I say, "Get our act together!"
