Provided by YP.comStay way from this place. Called for an appointment and was told they had to call back. Someone did call back and setup an appointment. When I arrived at the scheduled time they said they did not have an appointment at that time and did not even show that I called. Was told I must have called the wrong place.No offer to book another appointment. Vey poor customer service. If I could give zero stars I would

They were extremely rude, took zero pride in their work....there was a ridge building with my shellac and l mentioned it and she replied "l dont have time to fix it, it will even out". Uhh okay.. The mani pedi took under an hour..which is unheard of for a quality job. Of course my nails look like crap. They were late and unapologetic about everything. I would give you this ladies name but she did not give it and she never said Hi, Hello or Welcome.. she did not even offer to book a second appointment. They made it clear that l was not a priority.
I would go on but l think enough has been said.
Do not use a Groupon! You have been warned.

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 phone calls to book appointments were never returned. I finally explained that no, I did not want to be called back, couldn't the person answering the phone at least let me know what appointment times may be available? A month ago they scheduled me for a couples massage for tomorrow, and again said I would be called back to confirm, or to let me know if any earlier times were available. When I called today they had no mention of my appointments, and said it would not be possible to schedule both of their massage technicians at the same time.
How does a business not return phone calls and misplace appointments?
Ridiculous.
