Completely disrespected by Ana the person who claimed to be the Gm. She called me and my 11 and 10 year old daughter trash after we had a few questions about our membership in Spanish. She didn't think we spoke the language and this case my daughter both do.. its sad to see anyone act that way. She was getting off the phone with some one you could tell that it was a bad conversation in her body language. Were she ended up taking it out on us. She was very aggressive to the points my kids had to step back and hide behind me from them being intimidated by her actions...

Ana the person who identified them selfs as the GM of the place. Was completely disrespectful and acted very Voilently toward my entire family who was present. My 11 year old daughter as well as my 9 year old daughter and wife. Called us trash. We had a question about our membership and she had just got off the phone on a nasty personal phone call and she ended up taking it out on our entire family.. It was unreal its not how you treat people at all no matter what the conflict was.... Sorry for Ana who cant treat people the way they should be treated.
