My experience has been very impressive. Preferred Autos Fellas that work the office are very professional with great personalities open-minded to help in every level. Preferred Auto has a wide selection of vehicles that are all very nice. I would truly recommend Preferred Auto on your next Auto purchase.

My first impression wasn't a good one. It's a typical buy-here-pay-here off of 24th and L. The guys who own it are unprofessional and rude. They lounge around in their office chairs wearing jeans and not really caring who walks in the door. But a friend had purchased a couple vehicles from them and so did his brother, so I assumed they would be decent.



In my opinion the vehicles are over-priced and not that great of quality. Cosmetics are decent, but the rest is questionable. After finalizng paperwork to purchase the car, it was sent to a garage to be cleaned and detailed. During this time another car had backed up into it, leaving the back panel cracked and a tail light broken. Instead of just fixing it, they took some off the price off the car (not enough to have it professionally repaired). One guy allowed for bi-weekly payments and the other was more lenient and allowed monthly, so when a payment is due is unclear.



The car can be repossessed after missing one payment (or 2 weeks late, even though they allow monthly). For my friend, they claimed to have called, but the number a) wasn't in the system or b) it was disconnected. He had bought two cars from them and they see him on a regular basis, but didn't have his number; meanwhile they knew where he worked so they could pick the car up.



If you want a good value for your money and actual customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have had 3 cars from them they were very nice cars absolutely nothing wrong with them mike and james are amazing car dealers but that mexican guy is a f****** joke I cannot stand that f****** bastard but anyway I have paid off all my cars from then and I am working on my 4 they do have some cars that are not worth buying

I recently bought a 2001 Dodge Stratus from Preferred Auto in Omaha which is a very cute car with very little body damage. However, my experience since then has been nothing but the worst mistake ever! Before I test drove it, I had asked Mike(one of the shady salesmen) if there was anything wrong with it and was told no. After test driving turns out there was. I was told they would have it fixed and they would call me when it ready. I picked up the car later afternoon and have regreted ever since! Now my CV joints and shocks are shot, my oil pan has a leak in it and the gasket is blown and now my car pillows smoke every time I even start it. When I took it to them they said they would have it looked at and when they called me, they said it was going to cost so much and they would add it to my account, I declined them fixing it and they advised me not to drive the car THEY sold me because it was in such bad condition!!! Now I will be paying on this car LONG AFTER its gone!!!

my name is gary i have bought two cars from preferred auto they have ben very good cars very dependable as well the one i have now is a 2000 chevy impala my daughter loves it so stop by this lot they have cheap down payments and low monthy payments and mikeis a great dealer gary

I know the guy pretty well, has pretty decent cars for a place who doesnt check your credit, nice playment plans, friendly people...nice people to do business with overall but just make sure you come with some money, cuz this guys only listens to money
