HIs staff and receptionist are very friendly and great with by kids.

My irriation is with Dr.Rakes because he wants to do sealants on baby teeth.

I am all for prevention but when he shows me a mouthful of teeth that are coming in on my 2 youngest kids, I am not going to worry about sealants. When permanant teeth come in- yes I will do so. Baby teeth about to fall out -no.



Plus, I want to take all 4 of my kids at once. He wanted them to come in for another appointment, each one separate. If he wanted to do sealants, he should include this with the cleaning appt. I am not going to make another trip to the office.

My kids have not had any cavities so far, knock on wood.



If Dr.Rakes truly had my kids' teeth in his best interest, he would have planned ahead of time and informed me before the appointment that was what he preferred.
