I thoroughly enjoy living at the saxony. It has been almost 1 year and i chose to stay for another. great people in the office, nice grounds for walking and the area close to here has tons of things to do besides my 9-5.

After moving from another town I choose to move into a Richdale...nick name dickdale, cus people running it are dicks to work with...LOL!!!...only signed a 6mos lease...thank goodness!....lived there for 4mos (Mid August til Mid December)...gave my 60day notice in writing...never hung anything on the walls so not holes...still had two months lease left to pay when I moved out and paid January's rent on the 1st even though I was not in there and had turned in my keys...received a bill for Feb's rent on the 11th of January with all my security deposit and pet deposit...fyi: shows that the place was cleaned when I moved out...I gave written notice that manager of the apt was to walk though with me when I turn in keys and note any repair issues...anyway back to the bill they started calling me for their money and my sister on January 25th for their money when I was not in breach of my contract and my rent was not due until Feb 1st. Them stem of the problem starts from the top, corporate down to management team to their associates. Richdale Group properites may look nice, but do not judge the book by the cover.

I have lived in the Vanderbilt apartments since 1997. I now I want to move out and get a home, my fiance and I. I let them know over 30days in advance however the lease agreement said 60 days. I said ok but now my month to month lease is 130 more then what I normally pay for rent. Since the day I moved in there was always a 30 day notice, I did not read my lease agreement last year and it has now changed to 60 days. I feel like since I have been there so long they would let me go but they had not consideration for me at all. I have all ways pd my rent on time and never had problems with noise or anything. They are rude and inconsiderate.

Leased with Richdale for a year and it was the WORST YEAR EVER!!! They aren't one bit concerned about the customer, just about ripping the customer off. I will be sure none of my friends or family EVER lease with richdale. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

I wish I could rate a NEGATIVE STAR amount! This is the worse company I have EVER leased with!!!!! They could care less about their customer satisfaction! Their apartments are built CRAPPY and way overpriced. ABSOLUTE WORST company I've ever leased with, I can't stress that enough. I will be sure NONE of my friends or family EVER lease with these crooks!!!
