I can not imagine how these people are still in business! First the lady made me wait over 20 minutes so she could finish her break. Then, she didnt ask me what I wanted just started drilling my nails assuming I wanted a fill. When I asked about promotion she rudely snapped and said that everything was full price, mind you I had a promotion on my phone. She then proceeded to nic 4 of my nail beds, and when I told her to be careful with my thumb, she RIPPED OFF HALF OF MY NAIL. Not arcylic. ACTUAL NAIL. I had it. I left in tears and had to go to the salon down the street to have them try to fix the disaster SHE caused. Hope my nail doesnt get infected. This business is unprofessional to say the least. 10/10 would NOT recommend!!!
