Solar Heat and Electric started in the industry installing solar air collectors in 1983.  The next year, solar hot water and solar electric systems were added. Solar Heat & Electric offers one-stop service - from the design process to installation to even submitting your permits and rebates where applicable. Our solar experts will meet with you one-on-one to custom design a clean energy solution based on your needs. We will complete the appropriate analysis, and then our professionals will coordinate with you to begin the work. Solar Heat and Electric works with insured, licensed and/or bonded contractors specific for the job in local or regional applications. We also work with architects, engineers, LEED associates and real estate developers to implement projects from inception through execution. Solar Heat & Electric has been certified by Solar Energy International (www.solarenergy.org) for their train the trainers program in solar thermal and solar electric. Solar Heat & Electric is a member of the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (www.themrea.org), American Solar Energy Society (www.ases.org), Nebraska Solar Energy Society (www.nebraskases.org) and in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
