A rip off company schooled in the art of thievery.

I went to Stanton after buying a groupon and after my husband had went there and had a good experience. I on the other hand did not. It started with me not getting seen until 35 minutes past my appointment time, then after waiting almost a month I had to call and see if my glasses were in. They were in, so I took my lunch hour to pick them up just find out that they never put my lenses in and told me it would be another 14 days until I would get them...Now here we are at the two month post appt mark and I call to see if they are in and they say, "the system says they are, but I don't know where." Are you kidding me?! I just keep telling myself that thankfully I had a Groupon for discount otherwise I'd be losing my cool.

Inexpensive for those without insurance. I used a GroupOn and got an eye exam for $29. They had me in and out with a new prescription in about 15 minutes.

Love Dr Kennedy, she was kind and patient with me...I can be a hand full...lol. I got my glasses quickly and the low price was awesome. I will be back and have I have recommended my whole family, friends and co-workers to go there and no one has ever told me they had a bad experience, thank goodness.

Never get glasses here. They installed my bifocal lens upside down and then claimed, on two occasions, that it was just my imagination that I could not see.

First the person I worked with was nice. However, the “buy one lens get one lens free” is NOT true. If you have insurance, Stanton does not allow you to get the second one free. When I asked about it, the clerk said it was only if you paid cash. Now, on their ads, it simply says buy one set of lens get one free. So that is false advertising in my opinion. They really could not explain to me why they were beginning deceptive.



The other problem was they never contacted me when my glasses came in. After two weeks beyond the “time to come in” had passed, I finally phoned them. They kept putting me on hold so they could “go look up the orders” and then not coming back for five plus minutes. (If they had said they were busy and I needed to call back, that would have been fine, but just to put me on indefinitely hold until I hung up was rude. Finally, (third call I think) I got a lady who said “oh, they have been in for three weeks.” Arrggghhhh!



I will not use them again.
