My review will pertain to this company's service and demeanor with customers. I have a Hyundai Elantra that is out of warranty. I was having a certain problem that several other mechanics didn't know how to fix. One of them referred me to the Steering Column Repair company. I called and spoke to Perry, who told me he hadn't worked on that particular problem, but asked for my number and said he would research it and call me back. (Reacting from experience with other mechanics, I thought "yea, right, you'll call me back). Within thirty minutes, Perry called back and told me to try a simple solution that wouldn't require mechanical work and might fix my dilemma without a repair shop. He took the time to explain what to do (from the driver's seat, very simple) and asked me to call him if I needed to bring it in. His solution worked, and I had no more problems. It is a rare thing to find competency, punctuality, and concern in any business today. I highly recommend this business.

Provided by YP.comI remembered this place when a friend of mine had his steering column replaced about 10 years ago and raved about the service and the fact that this company was the only place in town that could replace it.
When I started having ignition problems with my van, I knew I wanted to take it there, but had a hard time finding the name of the company. I remembered where it was located, so finally just drove over there. Steering Column Repairs is a friendly, family-owned business and everyone made me feel comfortable. I waited to find out what was wrong with my van, and after the owner's son when to check it out, he wasn't gone 2 minutes and came in and told me it wasn't the ignition, it was the starter. He told me that they don't usually replace starters there, but if I "sweet talked" the boss, they would probably fix it for me. The owner called around for parts, found me the best deal, had the part delivered, and installed it all within an hour and a half. The best part was, they saved me about $80-$100 by not marking up the part, and not drawing out the labor! THEY WERE GREAT AND I FELT CONFIDENT THAT MY VAN WAS FIXED RIGHT! I highly recommend Steering Column Repairs! Sincerely,
