Not only when you wait a long time to be seen(which we all know can be normal when seeing a doctor) but you will receive unprofessional service, a bad attitude, and no answer to questions you ask to try to learn more about your condtion. When Dr. Stoller came in the office he barged in without even looking at me and told me in a haughty manner that what I had WASN'T what the doctors had told me it was. When I asked questions instead of answering them he challenged me, told me he had been a doctor longer than I had been alive, was rolling his eyes at me, and left the room without telling me anything further and slammed the door behind him. I sat in the room wondering if someone was going to come back in to help me and I finally got up and left. I asked the office manager for a refund he proceeded to treat me with the same disrespect, i.e. rolling his eyes, talking down to me, using terminology that he knew I wouldn't understand. Dr Stollder knows serious dermatology issues. He may not do all the latest treatments, but cleared up a bad case of psoriasis for me that several other dermatologists had not succeeded in treating!For skin cancers and other serious problems, understand he is the guy to see.
