Only giving one star because this is the first review I have ever given, and I don't know that I have the ability to give 0 stars. Working with these agents has been AWFUL and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. I came to the reviews to hopefully find that my experience was rare, but a review posted only a week ago has some striking similarities to mine, which is quite troubling. To make a long story short, Tommy Hughes Jr. has been repeatedly disrespectful to me, lied to me about my policy and spoke on things that are out of his realm of knowledge, and is overall unprofessional. Save yourselves and DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
