We showed up at this "pizza establishment" 1 hour and 10 minutes before closing time and doors were locked. People inside,but doors locked,and they actually laughed at us as we tried to pull on doors. Really???? folks, we were willing to pay for food and beer and tip great, your loss. Just because we look over 40 doesn't mean we don't have money... won't recommend you to anyone...

We chose to eat dinner at The Union due to it being attached to the Holiday Inn - Downtown, where we were staying. It was about 5:30pm on a Saturday night and the place was DEAD. We were seated by whom I am assuming was the manager (his shirt were different than the others). It took 15 min for our server to greet us. The food was horrible. Pizza had NO FLAVOR and OVERPRICED. My son got the kids burger and it was BURNT. We never saw our server. Drinks weren’t refilled at all. The manager must have walked by us three times to get the TV to the right sports channel but not once check on us or notice our drinks were empty. Don’t go or order room service from them. They charge $4 fee plus 18% gratuity.
