They wont let me go below a 1 star. I had a business working on my car right next door to this Wendy's so I thought I would use my time waiting on my car by getting something to eat at the establishment. BIG MISTAKE.... either their air conditioning was not on or not working, it's 90 degrees outside. There were 4 other patrons were already seated with their food so I thought GREAT shouldn't take that long. I waited while 2 employees messed with the cash register for approximately 3 minutes only to be told when they were done, some one would help me in a minute, no acknowledgment other than that. when I finally placed my order still "no what can I get for you or can I take your order" I placed my order, the employee still could not ring me up because someone had locked her out of the register, she gave me a glass for pop and told me she would ring me up in a bit. There was French fries on the counter, the machines I could see from the counter were dirty. Their pop/soda machine was out of almost everything, didn't look like it had been wiped down in days. I went to get ketchup........ no ketchup in their pump machines...... As I sat and waited 20 minutes for my order I looked around and saw the floors were heavily dirty (looked like they hadn't mopped the floors in days..... carpet had fries and used straw covers all over it. When I got my food the bun was hard and my chicken sandwich smelled of old grease, so much so I couldn't eat it, fries were cold........ needless to say I didn't touch the food except to throw it away and left. Not being a conformational person I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not in, I asked for corporates number and was told they don't give that out........... I called another store and was able to get their corporate number.... so if anyone else has had a similar experience as mine...... their corporate number is 800-233-5934. I will be making my call when they open for business on Tuesday.

I went to Wendys on 3/21/2015 the meat was rewarmed the bun was cold( I do not know why I cannot get a hamburger hot) the meat is always just warm and the bun is always cold. The salad was fair but I have had much better.

As stock holder of Wendys I would hope other customers would be treated better.

Service needs improvement

Although the food quality is always consistent the service leaves something to be desired. I have placed orders and received either incomplete or incorrect food. When I voiced a complaint I was told a gift coupon would come in the mail but nothing ever arrived. Other similar stores correct the problem immediately.
