I needed a space heater in June due to apt air being cold at times. I had given up but when I got to ACE the employee tried to find one of the shelf. When he didn't see it where he expected it, he said, "I'll look in the back," Then he asked another employee who immediately found some high up over the fans. In many stores the clerk would delcared they didn't carry them in summer. I told a friend about my great customer service experience so he went there to find an item he couldn't find elsewhere. They didn't carry it but offered to order it for him. He also thought the customer service was the best ever.

Awesome service! They took care of me when another ace wouldnt. Manager was great! Shop here not 55th and center!!!

My questions are always answered fully. Being a woman, I appreciate all the help I get from my local Westlake Ace Hardware store on Saddle Creek and I'm never disappointed!
