Provided by YPmobileI have been going to Jerry and his son Bill for 12 YEARS! Never, not once have I had ANY type of negative issue with them. I am paranoid of vehicle safety issues and several times taken my car in for stupid little noises. Every time they have checked the problem either for free or a very small fee. I always buy used cars so I do on occasion have legitimate issues and they have ALWAYS given me a fair price and quick service. Once I bent my rear axle in a u from hitting a large crack ice fishing. Jerry found me a new axle and had me back out fishing in 3 DAYS at a fair price. So, in summary Jerry and Bill have always treated me VERY well for both large and small car problems. I'm even kinda pissed a person bad mouthed them because I know it's a load of manure!

Provided by YP.comWent to their facility on Friday and got a quote for $300 to change ball joints on the right side of my 4X4 truck. When I brought the vehicle to their shop on Monday Jerry called me and tried to upsell brake pads along with the ball joints. I said no to the brake shoes and he increased the price of the ball joint repair to $478. I would strongly recommend looking for another repair shop. Bait and hook... there was no reason for the price increase they never started the job just tried to squeeze and extra $180 bucks out of me.
Our primary concern when working on our customers vehicles is that the work is done properly and that the customer knows what it will cost to do the job right. This is why we call if we find that more work needs to be done than we originally estimated. If we were just out for the money we could have done $300 worth of work and sent a poor job out the door. I regret that in this instance I couldn't please the customer and do a proper repair at the same time, so we lost a job and created hard feelings as well. This was not my intent. Perhaps I could have communicated more effectively.
