I called to ask about dog boarding and u got accused of spying from another kennel to make prices cheaper I was very upset I will never call or go there now !

My boyfriend and I went on vacation in February. We needed to board the dogs for one night/day because our pet sitter had to work. I thought the facility was very nice looking, and scheduled my two dogs to be held overnight. instead of just having them boarded I also scheduled them to have doggie daycare during the day and to have our newfie brushed out.when we got back from our vacation, I found out that they were only boarded. I was disappointed that nothing else we had discussed was done. I was disappointed. I like the report card thing. However, I will probably try somewhere else before going back to them.

Our family switched to See Spot Run a few years ago and couldn't be happier. The care and the attentiveness is amazing. The staff is very aware of the needs of all of our dogs from ages 6 to 14. To the report cards, pictures on line and personal attention, they take care of every detail. When we leave our dogs there we don't worry about them. One of the things that impressed me is how clean it is and they are willing to do a tour of their facility at anytime. A five star hotel for my dogs!!!

I can't say enough good things about See Spot Run on 21 in Omro, WI!! My dog has leash aggression issues and goes to daycare there every week. The staff are all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about the pets they serve. We have boarded our dog there multiple times, and she always seems happy and relaxed when we pick her up. They take the time to do an evaluation session before accepting dogs for daycare, and they also provide a great report card each week when we pick our dog up that has photos and tells how she did for the day. I recommend See Spot Run to all my friends who have dogs and anyone who will listen!

See Spot Run is an outstanding facility. The staff has always been professional, disciplined and kind. The facility is clean! It smells clean and looks clean. I have seen the doggy day care in action and my dog, Lille, goes to daycare almost every week for a day of play and doggy socializing. The real test for me was when Lille, who is an Aussie, was 5 months old and needed to be boarded for almost two weeks because of a family vacation. We were very concerned that we would come home to a doggy monster. Instead we came home to a MUCH IMPROVED PUPPY... She had been enrolled in full day doggy day care and the attention and training she received improved her behavior. We were thrilled and sold. :) I can highly recommend See Spot Run on 21.
