June, July, August rent is still due from Jessica and Gavin Attoe. They bounced checks with our office too many times to count. I would invite anyone to take a peek at our rental work order book and check to see how many work orders were submitted by Jessica and Gavin Attoe. All tenants at 619 Welshire Drive go through criminal history background checks. Several other tenants in the building have spoken to me about Jessica and Gavin and it appears as if they were the problem...
