Can't deal with the local office direct, which is necessary when dealing with rural service. I wanted to set up service prior to moving but can't actually talk to anyone in the local office because, according to the 800/888/855 people, "You can't call there. You have to go there in person." So in this day and age of technology, they're telling me that Charter is incapable of taking a simple phone call to make sure that lines are run to my new home or see if they can be run the half mile down the road from the town where I know they exist?!?!??? Sorry, but that's gets ONE STAR because I can't give them a NEGATIVE NUMBER!
