WebsiteOnaway Speedway was originally built in 1980 by Harry Moran a local businessman from Onaway, Michigan. Jack and Randy Palmer & Son bought it in 1996 approximately. It was then purchased again by the current owners Jim and Krista Dubois in 2009. Onaway Speedway is a 1/4 paved low-banked oval racing on Saturday Nights in Northern Michigan. Pits open at 2pm, Front Gates at 3:30pm, Racing Starts at 6pm. See website for more information. Wednesday Night Practice: 5pm - 9pm
