I am very upset with the Oneida Medicine Shoppe right now. I was seen in the emergency room this afternoon so I called the medicine shop to ask they to refill one of my scripts they already had on file. I also told them that I was at the ER and they would be sending in a couple of scripts for me. I leave the ER in horrible pain to get my scripts only to find out that I cant get them now because their insurance computer is down. They are money grubbers and should have told me not to have my scripts sent there. I called the pharmacy about an hour later and asked them how long the computers had been down for and they said 3 hours. I am very upset that they failed to tell me this and now I am sitting her sick and not able to get my meds due to electronic filing. If they had told me the computers were down they would have only lost the money for the 2 scripts but now they have lost a loyal customer. I will NEVER go there again. The worst part is they acted like it was no big deal that I was standing there sick in horrific pain with no way to get my medicine. I really needed the meds so I could start taking them so I can go back to work tomorrow. Then to top it off I call the corporate office who leaves me on hold telling me that there is one caller ahead of me, then the recording changed to there are no callers ahead of me but nobody could take my call at this time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to receive a call back from your corporate office so something can be done about this and it doesn't happen to other customers since I am done using Medicine Shoppe it wont happen to me again.
