this was my family's store at one time called and still refered to as Phillips' Grocery when I started first grade mom decided to let someone else run their business out of it so she could be home with me when I got out of school. Dad worked all the to make sure we had whatever we wanted. My papaw started it before I was even born and I will be 30 on may 25th I would have to say this store is one the oldest business still going on Scott county. Randy and Darlene that run it now and call it Handy Randy's and they are both very good cooks and will fix you about anything. please stop by and checkb it plus they are very nice people too talk to.
