Unit flooded with rain water when it came underneath the door. Our stuff was in there for about 3 months and ruined with mold ($12,000 worth). Dan wasn't willing to assist in anyway. He also stated that the unit is rented and that he did not inform the new renters about the water issues. When I stated that that was "shady" business he responded "No, it's just business."
