My main complaint is that I ordered Happy Family •
I got some red, sweet sauce I never had on Happy Family before. See what should be in the sauce below:
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
• 3 dashes ground white pepper
• 2 tablespoons dry sherry wine or any Chinese cooking wine
• 1/2-3/4 cup chicken broth mixed with 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
• salt and sugar to taste
My sauce was very RED and SUPER SWEEET What!! This is supposed to be a BROWN SAUCE. My sauce looked like 2 other dishes at our table. "Yes, they are all the same?" WHAT, WHY?? (What a lazy cook - just throw the same sauce on everything!!!!) OH DON'T ORDER SWEET AND SOUR PORK that is terrible!!!!!

The food is definitely tasty here...some of the best chinese flavors and textures in the area. But........ Check out the kitchen cleanliness next time that swinging door opens, if they even seat that area anymore. SCARY.
