Great place to live if you like freezing in the winter because they will not rush to fix your heater, constant auto repairs because of the potholes everywhere ( don’t worry, they put in cheap speed bumps to even the park out, now you have bumps everywhere! Nice work “management” ) constantly buying new clothes because the water destroys your clothes. Or maybe you just enjoy a nice shower filled with who knows what, the water is a nice brown color…. What could that be? Let’s not forget the crime and meth head neighbors they won’t do anything about. Kid friendly for sure, Don’t mind your neighbor naked and bugging out on drugs in their driveway kids, what a goofball! If you need any repairs to your trailer while you live here you can count on nothing to get fixed and when you get annoyed and repair it yourself expect nothing in the form of a thank you. Over 8 years I lived in this dump, Just tried giving a courtesy call and return the home keys due to the fact that you can only find someone in the office come rent collection time. But that’s giving them attitude so watch your tone! The only thing I was told is I’m not getting my security deposit back before she hung up on me - these people are so full of jokes. I could go on and on about how happy I am not to live there anymore, hope this helps someone out and helps them avoid wasting money on a really great place to hate living! Have a great day everyone.
