Hi everyone. I have been going to Vic's since I moved here in 2015...great service and always helpful.

It’s so nice that my son has someone that is honest and reliable to help out with any emergencies that he has with his truck while away at college. Thank you for not taking advantage of him and making sure his vehicle is safe

Vics auto service is by far THE best mechanic around. They have such a welcoming atmosphere, everyone is so polite and sweet.
Every time I get work done they show me the part that needs to be replaced and why it needs to go.
They ALWAYS work with you. Whether it be flexibility on scheduling, fitting you in last minute or because you work the hours they are open. They lent me a car for 5 days, no charge and had no issue with letting me take it over the weekend 2 hours away. They are always extremely accommodating.

I have been so happy every time that I walked away from Vic's Auto. They are my go-to shop above all the other repair services in the state. Every time I have an issue, little or big, I bring it here to have it fixed quickly, efficiently and affordably. They bring me into the shop and show me whats wrong, sit me down and explain whats happening to my car and what my options are to fix it. I've never once had an issue here and will continue to bring them all my business and recommend them to anybody I know.

I have been a regular of vics for a while now and will not go anywhere else in oneonta. I always am welcomed with a warm smile and all my questions are answered in detail. Its nice to go somewhere and learn about what's being done. I highly recommend vics.

Vic's is a great service station. The foundation of excellence was set by the orginail owner, Vic Silverall, and continues under Tony and Rhianna. At Vic's, the staff treats customer cars like their own. Thanks to Vic's, my 1998 Toyota Camry still runs like a top up Franklin Mountain. Vic's chief mechanic, Harold, does great work, explains the options, and answers all questions clearly. The prices are reasonable. .At Vic's,they know your name and your car--and treat people in a friendly and professional manner. And at the pump Ed greets everyone like a friend..

Vic's Service has always been a great place for me to get my car repairs & service. The people are always nice, helpful & fair. I recommend Vic's to everyone. The first owners & the current owners have always done their best to insure my safety & my quality of service. They have excellent mechanics. My mother-in-law liked the full-service gas because she didn't want to pump it herself.
