Recently went to this dealership to purchase a Pre-certified Audi 2019 Q5 and the service I received at Audi of Ontario was top notch!!! The person who help me was Shawn Nabi. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and most importantly was quick to give me the final price I wanted without giving me the run around like the other dealership I experienced. He took care of me from the minute I walk into the dealership to the final few seconds on my way out. He was there again when we brought our car back for the ceramic coatings. He didn’t have to be there since it was the responsibility of the service department, but he was there regardless to ensure that I satisfied with the results. He also threw in a few freebies!! I highly recommend Audi of Ontario and Shawn Nabi to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi.

Brandon Clemons is the best here! We came here a year ago simply looking around and he was so helpful. He knew so much about the vehicles as well as comparisons to other cars we were looking at. The best part is that it was so relaxing and he was not pushy. He truly wants the best for you and what you can afford. We ended coming back almost A YEAR later due to him leaving that big of an impression on us. Of course today was the day we bought our car and he was still the same helpful human, that one can only help for when making such a huge decision!!!

Audi Ontario is always the best customer service experience. Luis Macias took great care of my car and informed me of all the warranties and what my car needed to be up to date. I received a new battery, oil change, tire inspection and recall service all in a few hours. Very efficient use of my time and my car was washed and ready to be safely back on the road again. Highly recommend Audi Ontario and a Luis Macias. A+ 5 Star Service

The service department at 'Audi of Ontario' takes care of my 2014 Audi R8 and I could not be more impressed. The expertise and the timeliness of their work gets high marks. The service representative, Chris Davila, the department manager, the parts guys and the R8 Techs have all gone above and beyond for me over the last two years.

We worked with Kevin Gonzales and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable and helpful but more importantly he put us at ease about making the purchase. I've been looking at many different cars and it wasn't until I came across the Audi Q5 that I loved. It's a fantastic car with great features and drives very smoothly. Leo and everyone at the dealership were great. The whole process was very seamless. The best part was that they were able to locate the Audi in the color I wanted!! I walked into the dealership having never owned or driven an Audi before. My salesperson, Ian Smith, was one of the most professional salesman I have ever encountered in my car shopping experience. He was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.

I did not feel any pressure from him or the staff, and all the sales staff seemed to work as a team to support Ian in making sure we were comfortable, attended too, and that I had a great purchasing experience. They didn't act like salespersons at other dealerships, where they are sharks and only care about themselves.

I would absolutely recommend people to Ian and look forward to a great relationship with him and the dealership.

Let me start off by saying that Jay (the sales rep) had me going through an emotional roller coaster the entire time!

He called me a day ago to tell me the car I had been looking for about a month was on their lot waiting for me. I told him about the deal I was looking for and how I had been turned down from four other Audi dealerships. Long story short, he convinced me that the deal I wanted was set and ready to go when i arrived.

Day comes for me to go visit him. I advised him that i was about 100 miles away from his dealership and did not want to waste my time driving there for no deal. He assured me all was going to go flawless, he even sent me a video of my car waiting for me with a cute sticker on the windshield!-- Superb sales tactic.

I arrive... 7:30 pm after a 2 hour drive. He tells me the car I was there for had just been sold! I nearly walked out. He and the sales manager however assured me they had a back up plan. Needless to say Jay and Chris literally covered me and made sure I got the car I wanted.

I truly am grateful for Jay- coming in on his day off to make sure I received my car with the price I wanted. Chris for supporting Jay in finding a backup and providing the best price possible.

With all the ruckus, I was in and out in about 2 hours! Quickest sale I have ever been in. Happily drove of in my new 2020 Q3!
