Provided by YP.comMy wife has a Kia Forte that developed a hesitation in the throttle some month back. Recently, I took it in for diagnosis and repair. The dealership had the car for two days and when I picked it up they explained they were unable to diagnose the problem and charged me the $141 diagnosis fee! REALLY?!? There was no finding as to the problem hence no diagnosis. I didn't bring the car into the dealer for them to "try" and find the problem. I brought it in for an actual diagnosis and repair. I ended up leaving the dealer with my vehicle still in need of repair and a bill for my trouble! My wife and I are in the market for a new car and, as we walked in to pick up the Forte, my wife said..."why don't we test drive an Optima?" That quickly changed upon our exit of the facility. Hope that $141 was worth the loss of a new car purchase! Never going back...

Provided by YP.comThey told me one rate over the phone and when I checked in, but then charged me something different. I reserved a small economical car and was given one, so I assumed it was for the rate we spoke of. However, when I got billed apparently the car they gave me was a class up from what I reserved and they charged me the difference. I called them and was told that they didn't have the cheap car when I got there. First, they should have told me that at some point because I would have went somewhere else. 2) If Enterprise doesn't have the class you want they upgrade you for FREE. Hertz did agree to give me a credit after a couple of calls since I was never told they were charging me more, however here I am 3 months later and the credit is STILL pending. They are nice when I call and say that it is still going through but they have been backed up. I have been more then patient but waiting 3 months for a credit is ridiculous. I would totally pay the extra money if necessary and go somewhere else, or at least make sure you go over everything they are charging you and have it in writing.
