I purchased a heavy-duty sewing machine (Cobra class-4) from this company to sew leather bags. I've been sewing and making bags for about 30 years or so, and I'm going to try to go it professionally now. The owner really, really knows alot about sewing machines, and all leather machines. He knows what I'm doing more than any other sewing machine seller, as he's been supporting leather sewing machine customers for a long, long time. That's the beauty of buying from him -- he's designed a machine with his customers' needs in mind, since he knows alot of us.



For instance, the presser foot makes a groove that the thread sits down into. And the tension's really tight, and the machine can handle HUGE thread, so the stitch from my machine looks beautiful, it looks hand-made. So this is just what we needed -- somebody who designed a machine for us, and who REALLY understands how we use it, and helps us ANY TIME we run into trouble.



I've never seen this kind of customer support. He's kind and very knowledgeable. !!! wow.
