Total crap. This place is the fulfillment center for Brookstone, who I placed an order from. Discopy Labs placed a restriction on redirecting deliveries to the local UPS Access Point --- in order to do so, customers are required to pay a $6 fee! I've already paid $8 in shipping...I should not have to pay another $6 just to get my package delivered where I can receive it. The building where I live is nearly impossible to receive packages from UPS -- they just knock at the security door and when no one answers, they leave. It's a 5-story building, duh! So I have to redirect packages via UPS MyChoice, which is FREE. NOT $6 to change it. I called Brookstone; they did not put the restriction in place. Discopy Labs did.

I tried calling Discopy Labs. Answered by a machine, then a very bored sounding receptionist picked up. She transferred me to someone's voicemail, who also sounded bored out of her mind. No callback.

Don't order anything that comes through this company. Horrible service.
