Fast response on quote inquiry, I sent couple emails out asking for a quote for embroidered caps. They are the only one who replied me within an hour. Rest of the online shops took 1 or 2 days to get back to me. Friendly customer service team, caps were delivered on time.

I was referred by a friend who got her caps embroidered by them. She told me the customer service was great and liked the embroidery that they did for her caps. My company needed to reorder the uniforms so I called them up. The quality of the polo-shirts were way better than the ones that we got before. The new shirt has flat knit collar and cuffs compare to the open hem sleeves from last time. I like the flat knit cuffs better because it adds more value to the shirt. The material feels softer and thicker too. We will definitely go back and reorder some more shirts. Thank you.

I've been buying blank caps from them for almost a year now, recently I got a call from them offering embroidery service at a discounted price. Normally I will give my embroidery order to the local shop but the place that I've been working with was out of business. So I decided to do the trial run with them. The trial run turned out to be better than expected. order was delivered on time and quality was excellent. I think i will keep them as my primary embroidery contact from now. Thanks!
