Crooks and Thieves!



Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this company. I have been ordering online for years and never have I experienced such a complete lack of professionalism. They lost my order and after 20+ emails to their sales dept. they refuse to deal with

the issue and also refuse to give me the name of a supervisor, or give me a number to contact them by phone. They actually went so far to tell me that as a wholesale company they don't have a phone system. What??!!?! They also scolded me over email and said

that this is all because I didn't spend the extra money to have it insured. Knowing I needed the order immediately they told me to go online and reorder it, and have it express shipped for an extra $50 so I could receive it in time. I am reporting their activity

to the BBB, because at this point they have yet to issue me a refund nor reply to my latest email request. Buyer Beware!
