JNH is just bad business. The JNH Lifestyles people they have on customer service is soo arrogant. They lie to you and then they can not fulfill the promise . Stay away from them . I'm tired of seeing these fake reviews. Here is a story of truth and true review. Not become surprised if you guys decide to buy anyway and then have going through what I went through . My tip and look for a company that is at least 5 years in the market . I had the opportunity to investigate this company and they has not even a year on the market. Again BAD BUSINESS!!! After i bought it , they called me and tried to ask me for more money for a better sauna , and that they did it like a normal thing . I hope that after this review people like me who do not have much time to investigate before buying at least , try to do a little investigation . Good luck to all the people who buy online
