Provided by YPmobileIt's always something, there nice enough , even got a free meal once for wrong order, but today was the last straw, even called ahead . I don't want a free meal , I want to get home and eat what I ordered , will never go back. To the owner that I can't email , u need to get on your employees . This is over 3 years of going there I've had enough. Poor customer service ++++++++

Provided by YPmobileToday I decided to have lunch at this location of KFC, and sad to say I had a bad experience. The person that took my order (Louise) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do they not understand that we the customers pay their salaries? I walked out with my food had no napkins,no plastic utensils. And I paid the full amount for my meal. I fully advise the owner to come in undercover or send someone to see for themselves what I had to experience. Lost a customer.
