I ordered a custom leather recliner for my hubby's 50th birthday. The customer service lady was great to deal with, got the chair in when we needed it, and the delivery guy delivered it on my hubby's birthday ... which was on a Sunday, when they don't do deliveries. The recliner is beautiful, and I'd definately do business with them again!
