This service station is horrible!!! We broke down at the gas station, and the mechanic wouldn't even look at the car or answer any questions we had about the car unless we paid them $75. Just to give us a quote! Ridiculous! We have never had to pay a mechanic first to just look at the car and get a quote for the repairs. We have always had our cars first looked at, then told how much it would be to repair them. The mechanic and the woman who runs the store are very rude and since we decided to not get work done there, they hounded us to get the car moved asap or they would tow it. Don't waste your time paying a $75 fee to just get a quote..go to another mechanic or station who won't charge you that fee.

I called AAA and they sent these people out for battery service. Since my battery was in an awkward place, the driver told me I needed an alternator instead of just telling me that I should take my car in for service. I ended up buying a new alternator AND a new battery PLUS I used up all of my allowed annual tow service calls in the span of two weeks over this fiasco. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, ONE OF THE DRIVERS HINTED AT ME TO GIVE HIM A TIP!!!!!!!
