Provided by YP.comI was going to stay another seven days. I put in my verbal request with front desk . This was a male Hispanic adult. Then most recently checked the female Hispanic a adult. She said it was ok. Then after providing my credit card information she informed even though they allow weekly stays. I would have to move out of the room I was residing in. The rule is : You can't be in the same room more then twenty one days. This was : Victoria. I asked could I be on the same side on the bottom floor. The answer: Was: " I can't guarantee this ". I decided not to stay. I like being near my car. In case the alarm go's off . I can see if its ok. One more question? What is the policy when a registered tenant is using their card. At the front drive through gate. Then a person is in a car behind you tailgating? Are they not suppose to wait for the gate to go down . Then use their own card. To prevent unauthorized personal ? Calif. Vehicle Code: 21703. Is very clear. The car behind you should be : 15 feet. When the car in front is stopped. Not one foot. Or three inches behind the car in front when stopped. This should be addressed at management level. Its very simple inform all guest. No piggy back or driving in when another person uses the gate card. When for the gate to go down. Then use you're own card. This should be for security concerns. Or access control. If a person is not authorized. They won't have access. I hope management can look into this. If not: Then remove the gate.

Provided by YP.comWe sadly observed the onsite security guard turn a blind eye on a person driving a gray Chevrolet. With: Washington , license plate: AKS8726. The driver was about three or two feet behind a driver that had just use his card to open the security gate. The driver of the gray Chevrolet should have been fifteen feet behind the driver in front. Calif. Vehicle Code: 21703. It does not matter if there is a line. Just like a railroad crossing or a red light. The car behind the car in front , should be : 15 feet. Plus: Where is the access control. This could be the mafia in to make a kill or hit. Every person that go's through this gate should use their own room card. Then we observed: The gray Chevrolet speeding through the hotel. With, no regard to people walking. There is no gray area. If people are residing at this hotel . They should be told up front:( Don't piggy back or follow other drivers in ). Wait for the gate to go down. Then use you're own card. No excuse. This was: A gray Chevrolet : Washington plate: AKS8726. Time: Approximately: 12:43 A.M. Wed. May, 30, 2018.

Provided by YPmobile1star for me this place has very rude unwelcoming patrol & front desk clerks , the rooms are ok for the price ,comfy bed in rm fridge , but if my fiancé hadn't already paid a week 1/2 in advance I'd urge him to stay else where . After dropping my fiancé off at work i decided to go in for the motels complementary breakfast, I lingered in the parking lot for no more than 5 min (looking on fb) when i was approached by a man in all black , being from out of town I cracked the window to see if everything was alright, he explained he was patrol & wanted to know if "I " was in need of anything I understand this is their duty & if anything I'm happy to know the property my future husband stays is "safe" ..once in the lobby however I was given the most ugly hard stare down from the guy at the front desk (which by the way is bordered by a plexy glass partition ..classy ) ..normally I would be oblivious to a stare down, but I felt so uncomfortable I literally pulled my rm card from my pocket & explained I was visiting my fiancé ..if this wasn't uncomfortable enough I was then given the same "disgusted " look by the patrol as he was filling his coffee cup ..WTF!? Are these people really serious, like I'm some vagrant off the street just hanging out on the property helping myself to their meager amenities, lol ..so if u want a friendly warm reception from customer service please go down the street ..what a joke
