I bought a refrigerator last month. When I woke up this morning my frig was not working and and all my food was warm and melted. I called two numbers that I got online. A guy answered and i told him what was going on and that I needed someone to come out right away, he asked me to hold and hung up on me. I then called back and he shut his phone off. I called the next number and it took 5 calls before anyone answered the phone. Finally when they answered i told them what was happening and they said they could not get anyone out to see it until tomorrow, i told them by then my food would go bad and they said it was not there problem. You can never get anyone on the phone and there not very helpful or service friendly. I guess this is what you get when you buy from a hole in the wall company, I should have went Sears!!!
