Excellent Service!!! I highly recommend Attorney Roberto Gil. He really helped me out, when I was having serious financial problems. I was to my neck in debt. I didn't know what I was going to do. But, when I went to Attorney Gil, he helped me to get through a bankruptcy. You can trust him to take good care of your case and do what is your best interest. He is experienced and courteous. He handled my case quickly too!

My 80 year old mother filed personal bankruptcy with Gil in Spring 2012. One year later I became her Representative payee after she was diagnosed with severe dementia and she went to live in a Board and Care home.

Several credit card companies were sending my mother collection letters. I found a record of her paying Gil to file bankruptcy.

I called Gil and explained that my mother was living in a home because she has dementia and that I needed a copy of the bankruptcy that she had filed. He said, "What are they going to do to her if she is in a home?" I told him I that I felt that the creditors should be informed of the bankruptcy. He did not acknowledge what I said, but continued to tell me to look for the document I called him about. When I tried to explain that I did not have a copy of this he threatened to hang up on me for interrupting him. He then told me that he would help me with this for a fee of $200 an hour.

Gil was rude and his very unprofessional demeanor left me with a feeling of disappointment that he was the attorney who represented my mother in her elder years

This lawyer that's what he call him self ,he is so rude and an professional that make a mistake with my gramma bankruptcy and now maybe she is going to lose her house because he didn't exams her house of it we went back so he can explain what happened and he said that we were laying and he treated to suit me.he I a bad lawyer don't waist your time on him .
