I am a member of an HOA in Covina, Ca. Roman was hired by the HOA to repair a leak in my roof/balcony. I can not attest to the pricing or if they stayed on budget or not.

Project started out well and all seemed good. Things went down hill with missed/ canceled appointments, late start times, same tired contractors excuses of flat tires, court and DMV issues, not having the correct materials on hand to complete work as promised, No call No shows, time lines and completion dates not being met. Yes there were rain delays but those were taken into account as I created this review.

Over all the guys were courteous and clean.

Given the need I would not use Roman Construction, Inc. nor recommend them for future work.
