Just bought a new 2018 Crosstrek at Subaru of Ontario and had a great purchase experience. Both Vince (sales) and Michael (finance) couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first "smart" car and the electronics were mind-boggling. Vince did a great job explaining them and showing me how things work. I very much appreciate the time spent with us making sure every question was answered before I drove off with a great new car. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and professional. Salesman "Snoop"was very helpful with all my questions. Financed a 2018 wrx and I feel very happy with my car and buying process. Was able to get exactly what I wanted without any hassle. Been to this dealership before with brother buying his car and had a good experience as well. Snoop even offered me a drink and popcorn. Got a good deal on my interest rate. Couldn't be happier!

I had my car serviced, and everyone was very pleasant. I only had a short wait time, but, still, I enjoyed having a cup of their Kurig coffee and watching t.v. while I waited.

We have now bought our second Subaru wrx from Brittanie B and couldn't be happier. She's become more than our sales person and we consider her to be a friend. She's very knowledgeable and bent over backwards for us going above and beyond.

2016 Forester had its first check-up at 5,000 miles. All required maintenance was performed and there were no issues. Really liked the service manager who kept me apprised several times as to the progress of the work. The waiting area is a very pleasant environment and all of the people there are very friendly.
