Called on 11/27/2011. I was quoted a rental fee of $169 for a full size car for 5 days. I was told there would be a 15% added fee.



I showed up at the Ontario location. I was greeted by a young man. He explained to me the $169 charge. He also wanted me to purchase additonal insurance coverage at $80 for the week. I declined. He was very upset. So, much so, I almost walked away and went to another rental.



I did signed the agreement. Was given paper work and briefly told where to retrieve car. I walked around anf finally found where to get car. I was pleased to see they allow you to select your car.



So, why a one star? When I got home a $350 hold was put on my credit card! After calling and complaining, I was told there is a $350 min hold placed on all credit cards with rental.



Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!
