What a great customer service!!!!! I have always hesitated buying refurbished equipment due to possible cost of repairs when something ends up being wrong with a refurbished product. Therefore I think buying warrantied new equipment is a wiser choice, especially with commercial equipment. However, these guys are the exception to the rule!!! They supported their product 100% with a great customer service & assistance and worked with me until I got my refrigerator working!!! Do not hesitate to buy from this company whether the product is new or refurbished!! They are liable, trustable, and AWESOME!!!

Great selection of Coolers and Vending Machines. These are my go to guys. Always so nice to work with. Steve the owner has always taken great care of me. I have been dealing with them now for years.

After 2 years, my cold food machine experienced some issues. I spoke with the Steve (owner), and he contacted a repair tech in my area, paid for the service and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Even though my equipment was out of warranty, Westway Vending stands behind what they sell. Top notch company.

Here's a company that will bait & switch. Purchased a "refurbished" vending machine from them and turned out to be a used machine that wasn't even cleaned before it was shipped. From day one it has been nothing but non-stop issues. Software was outdated, broken display, leaks and unit won't get cold. And now that they have my money I can't even get a call returned. Complete waste of money!!

The owner Steve values his customers. As for vending machines. There is allot to choose from. The prices a very good and the service.
