Glenview Estates provides a quiet, comfortable home nestled in Ontario, Ohio. The location of the property is the most convenient in the entire area. You are nestled just far enough away from Lexington-Springmill to achieve tranquility, but a one-minute drive gets you to all the shopping and restaurants you could desire.
Management is friendly and hands-off. I have never had a problem. Indeed, they have fixed leaky taps, a funky dishwasher, and more very quickly for me.
The price of rent is reasonable for a townhouse of this size. Indeed, it is a very spacious abode with a massive kitchen, dishwasher, central air, laundry hookups, and an included garage. A true package deal. Nevertheless, rent is going up (but that's just how the game is played).
One of the elements I appreciated most was the outstanding landscaping and snowplowing. The grounds and flower beds outside are always kept pristine, and the winters are never a worry. Management does a great job keeping on top of this kind of thing.
My only suggestion is that the decor is outdated and needs renovating. No element of the unit is decrepit, but it all has a very "90s" design aesthetic with lots of beige and brass. If this doesn't bother you, you're all good!
I would recommend living here. A couple or small family would be very comfortable in one of these units.

Very nice! Like new,very clean, good maintenance, fast service - well taken care of. Townhouses are thoughly cleaned between uses. Two places to park. A garage with electric and spot out front for no additional cost. Highly Recommend. Christian owner
