We will NEVER go back to Game Day Cuts in Mansfield. NEVER. I usually do not complain about customer service. I won’t even send my food back if it’s completely wrong at a restaurant, but tonight was ridiculous. I understand it’s more appealing to them to jump cute guys in front of others so you can flirt instead of work. However, sometimes little boys want their hair cut too. We were told that there were only 2 people in front of Sam. We sat there for almost an hour watching them take in guys that came in way after us. Laughing, winking, and writing the guys names above my sons. We eventually left and I called in for a manager, the girl hung up on me. Sam even asked me while we were there “why do they keep taking back pretty boys, mom?” 🙄

My son gets his haircut there and they never hurry or do a bad job just because he is a kid. Always a good experience.
