The chiropractic service is ok, but their billing system is terrible. I have had multiple problems with billing, from wrong charges on my account, to misrepresentation to my insurance, to inflated charges so the office could get the most money out of the visit. They seem to want to charge as much as possible instead of trying to save the end consumer any kind of money. One visit cost $110 if I sent it through my insurance, or 35 just to pay and not send through insurance, guess which one the office chose to do and did not discuss the other option with me at all until after the fact that I questioned it. Then after continually disputing the charges on my account they threatened collections saying they had my signature for visits that I wasn't there. Finally went to the office and it took them five minutes to realize I wasn't there and was being charged for visits that I wasn't there and I never signed for.
