DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Poor customer service full of excuses. They do not believe the customer is always right and three separate times I have had a run in with management in a year and all three times they claimed it was never their fault. They do not hold up their end of the contract. If you are late they charge a late fee, ok completely understandable. But they do not feel required to immediately unlock the unit when you have paid. They will wait days, giving the excuse they have 700 units and can't keep up with them all thus NOT withholding their end of the contract. Twice I have went to my paid unit and was not able to access it on a weekend when no one was in the office to help me. This year they had a huge theft of dozens of units, of course stating not their fault. This is in a unsavory part of town and the customer service is very poor and your belongings are NOT safe there.

I rencently visited the storage facility. The Manager was on duty, she took awesome care of all my storage needs. When ask about security, she assured me that my belongings will be safe there, but to make sure I let my insurance company know that I put belongings there. I purchase a steel lock from them . I was able to rent a uhaul truck there as well, very patient with all of my questions. I would recommend this place to everyone in that area looking for storage.
