I was very happy with Kenny and his workers when they worked on my parents house. Very kind and caring, HOWEVER, I am very unimpressed with the treatment I received from MIKE. My parents both suffer from dementia and when this job began I made everyone aware that in order for this job to take place I would need to be called. All went accordingly until it was time for the carpet install. Installers came 2 different times without my knowledge and were turned away by my Mom
When I addressed the issue with MIKE he treated me like a piece of crap!! He told.me that the installers came from Nampa and couldn't be expected to call me. Installers arrived this morning. I apologized to them for wasting their time and was made aware that no they arent from Nampa. The main guy lives 2 blocks from my Moms house!!

We would like too thank you for the way you handled our Disaster. You were very professional,

you took charge of our broken water pipe disaster problem, We had water through 90% of our house. you took care of our personal property like it was your own, and did the work in a timely

manner.



Everyone was very helpful. We never want to go through this again but if we do we would call you again.



I would also recommend you to other people that have a disaster in there home.
