Service was friendly, informative, and efficient. My new refrigerator was delivered the next morning. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful, and professional. They did an excellent job installing the new, removal of the old, and cleanup. My experience was excellent from sale to installation. I will probably check them first for my new dishwasher.

Great place to do business despite what the negative reviews say. The claims of poor customer service are blatantly false and the claims of poor choice are blatantly false. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The negative reviews on this page are false and the fact that yellowpage has left them up despite multiple reports of them being false is absolutely ridiculous.

I have an auto-immune disease called lupus, am mostly confined to my bed...to boot our car died a month ago. Right when the washer/dryer broke as well! Yea!
Being the only (seemingly) new/used store of this type, I called to inquire of their used products.
The young man who's is being paid to provide sales and service finally agreed to "check the back" after denying for several minutes they had any used stock. They did. When I asked for the make year, he didn't know and would not , at my request, give me the model numbers so I could check on line. Imagine a child in this day not knowing about computers and the internet?
Bottom line this paid employee chose not to provide service to me.
AND TO WHOM EVER OWNS THIS STORE...DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO UP SALE.
I would consider implementing a "I care about doing my job well" training.
I was prepared to purchase today, from this store.
I'll try craigslist.

So we have a speed queen top washer commercial grade and we bought it two years ago when you call the competition they state that it’s not under warranty they don’t ask for the purchase date and when we did more digging and talk to speed queen when it actually has a 5 to 10 year warranty and we called them back. When we had told them we had speed queen on the phone and it is under warranty Then it is all of a sudden under warranty they don’t check they don’t care ever since the new owner bought this place quality has gone down hill she wouldn’t even take responsibility for tthe action she stated that it must have been speed queens web site.
